Man, when I interview in New York City for fellowships, we'll have to meet up to talk GTD and medicine and kidneys and mind/brain dichotomies and HOW TO BE AN EFFICIENT DOCTOR!!!
  • Larry Boatright · 2 years ago
Thanks for posting this! Did you post the actual mindmap file of this? I've been looking for something like this and was about to ask my assistant to make it!

    Blessings!

To make the map easier to read and printable, I've also linked to a PDF version. Hope this helps.
  • J-Mac · 2 years ago
Thank you, Joshua. Very nicely done! A copy of the actual *.mmap file would be a bonus, but the PDF version is still a nice copy. Thanks!

I would also be forever grateful for the actual mindmanger file. Thank you!
  • DesiParent · 2 years ago
Would it be possible for you to email me the mmap file?
  • alexandrjacobi · 2 years ago
Thank you very much for the mindmap!

As a lawyer I can tell you that you may publish the mindmanager-file as well, even without explicit permission of DavidCo. Your map doesen't contain copyright material from David Allen: It's his ideas, but the form and phrasing is all yours. (Also, for copyright there is no difference between posting content as a pdf file or as editable file.)

Excellent work Joshua! I'm currently trying to implement David Allen's awesome system with MindManager and ResultsManager myself and was wondering if I could ask a favor of you. Is it possible to have a copy of your workflow diagram.mmap emailed to me for reference and as a working template for review. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!

Thank you so much for this beautifull mindmap! Just starting with GTD, scheduled 4 days of from work (ObGyn) and social activities to clear my stuff. I want to translate it in my own language. Therefore it would be nice if I had the actual file or a pdf version. I am using Novamind for mindmapping.
Please send the file to obgynnl@gmail.com

    Thank you for your mindmap.

I have an A3 printer. A3 is perfect for this. The PDF is broken across two pages so it wasn't suitable. The JPG is a bit low-res for printing but it came out OK.

Thats so much for Mind Mapping Getting things done. I listened to the book in my car and understand it, but I never took the time to make notes and implement the system. Now I have a map to help get started. THANKS!

I have to say that I'm flabbergasted. (And unfortunately not positively)

This mindmap is almost enough to put me off GTD, even though I use it and I believe its the best thing since sliced bread!

I recently blogged that for any productivity methodology to work for me, I needed it to be simple. Fortunately I've found a tool (eProductivity for Lotus Notes) that is incredibly integrated and keeps my life simple.

Yet, when I read the comments already on this post, I see that your map has helped many people (keep up the good work by the way). I can only come to two possible conclusions...

I'm way out of step, or

We're all made differently and GTD is flexible enough for us all.
